Challenge
The client faced persistent issues starting a high-mass-inertia industrial ventilation system powered by a generator inside a mobile crane. The generator’s fluctuating voltage and the heavy startup load of the fans caused unreliable system performance, frequent resets, and increased risk of failure.
Our Solution
We designed and installed a custom electrical control panel tailored specifically for unstable supply environments. Key features included:
- Soft-start technology to accommodate high inertia
- Voltage-stabilizing components for generator-based power
- Intelligent control and protection to prevent overload
- Neatly wired, labeled, and tested for long-term reliability
All panels were fabricated in-house, tested under load conditions, and installed with minimal disruption on-site. The compact build and layout considered the limited space inside the crane’s electrical room.
Result
The system now starts smoothly under generator power, with consistent performance and no damage to components during startup. The client achieved full operational stability for the ventilation system, with added protection and simplified future maintenance.
